I took out a 2 year subscription and while I really like SurfShark, there is one "feature" that really troubles me to recommend it. What is it? That I cannot detach my linked credit card to SurfShark. I don't want SurfShark holding these details for 2 years. I've had to go to the trouble of placing multiple reminders in my calendar systems to detach my credit card when the time comes. I had a chat to your support and they basically told me "tough; do you want me to cancel your subscription?". So I'll persevere with you for the time being, I won't recommend anywhere, but that one issue will make a big positive difference (or negative if you do nothing about it).

netflix and prime video does not work with surfshark, I have to stop it to be able to see something.
