Easy to setup and use across wide variety of devices and platforms. Windows, Andriod, Raspberry, Router(Mikrotik), PFsense, etc. Performance is also good mostly.

Their very high opinion on Surfshark convinced me to take out a 3 year subscription. I use Surfshark on all my Apple and Windows 10 devices. I am exceptionally pleased with Surfshark in every way. I avoided getting a free VPN offer as I was told to avoid them by the community and the review by Cnet convinced me that I was getting the best VPN from Surfshark.
