Efficient,easy to manage,far betterthzn my previous VPN.

The application doesn't work as promised. I am traveling overseas and could not connect to my Amazon prime video from any of your sites. Also bank of America does not allow entry through vpn to do my banking business. Many USA sites will refuse entry through VPN even if I connect through USA. You have a big problem !

Great product and service
Before having Surfshark, my ISP throttled me a lot. There are times when they knocked me off the internet. Since Surfshark, that hasn't happened anymore. From time to time, Geo territory reduced access for me. I could not access some things out of my geographic area. Since I have Surfshark, I no longer have that problem. I just change servers to that service area. There have been times when I needed to contact customer support and customer service of Surfshark. Their response was rapid and effective. I need service on multiple devices. I have that with Surfshark. Someone whom I know was experiencing difficulties with their VPN. I recommended Surfshark to them and today, they are totally satisfied with the service that they are receiving. The cost was very important to me. I find the cost impressivly affordable. I will recommend Surfshark to anyone. I have had other VPNs' and I found them to be lacking. I am satisfied enough with Surfshark to recommend it to everyone whom I know and anyone who asks.
i had issues with the program at first but there customer service is top notch and helped me through each step until everything was working Bella helped me for over 2 hours of back and forth and was so nice want to give more then 5 stars

In my country some of the ISP blocked Netflix. That is why I use Surfshark VPN. It gave me access to Netflix and without any lagging. What I love about Surfshark is that they give a fair price for such a great service. I have been consulting with their customer services. It was top notch.
