Easy to use Good performance and stability. Good value
Internet speed seems to be quick an reliable. The price is right for this type of service and the company is located in an area where it is free from typical government watchdogs. I do have two bones to pick however. They claim that one of uses is to stop censorship (school, workplace, national). Unfortunately, this is not necessarily true, even when using the browser add-on. Many companies have standardized on McAfee and one of their products is the Gateway. This is not the virus protection, but something setup by the laptop's admin to direct all web traffic through a particular place. This "works" even when the laptop is connected through non-company / school ISP (such as working from home). It blocks all attempts to use Surfshark, rendering it useless for the application. Of course, one cannot even install the Surfshark app since it is not portable and requires admin rights, which is why the add-on seemed to be a good thing. I should note the Tor can get around the gateway. The other issue is that the CleanWeb (the ad blocker) does not contain an option for editing its choices - either allowing some blocked sites through or blocking the notifications some sites use to get you turn off your blocker.
I use the chat feature on the Surfshark website to get some help understanding the app. My chat partner was Sean. He was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and very, very patient. As a result of his help, I have become a customer.
Easy to set up and use. Does not seem to slow down internet access. Obviously works because EBAY & Google don't recognise IP address and so ask for verification or fail to connect!

Brilliant VPN at an amazing price, I paid upfront for 2 years, doing it that way worked out to less than £2GBP a month, can't go wrong with that price. Don't think because it's affordable it's not as good though, it's a very powerful VPN with a lovely user friendly UI. Will definitely be renewing when my two years is up!

Очень много понятных инструкций и сам личный кабинет. Я остался очень доволен. Цена, купил за 5200р на 3 года. Есть проблемы с роутерами mikrotik. Там нужны танцы с бубном.
