Très facile à installer et paramétrer. Aucun plantage et débit très satisfaisant.
Service is as expected, but when you want to cancel you have to email them, no option on your account page. They keep replying asking if I'm sure I want to cancel and ask if i can give them a second chance. I have spent the whole day replying to their messages saying "No, please cancel my account". Ridiculous
I opted for the two year plan. Based on reviews that now seem paid for. I work full time and the end of the day I don’t feel like losing all my time troubleshooting a vpn. This works well on my firestick, works fine on my computer, but with 2 iPhone 11 Pro maxes, both have issues with connectivity with any and every app, and web browsing is a disaster. This is most of the time and very close to all the time. I’ve been hacked before and I’m not sure if it were from my computer or a phone, so hopefully these kinks get fixed with time.
It's a great service, at a fair price. I wish the speed drops were a bit less noticeable on 4G LTE, but I appreciate the latency on 5G. If the bandwidth loss goes down, I'd happily leave 5 stars

Over all good. Some pros and cons: Pros: - Good speed and connectivity. - Android app is really good with some cool features. Hope you can port some of the features to Windows app. Like auto-connect feature for specific networks. Cons: - Had Netflix speed issues. Works fine for other services like Youtube, PrimeVideo, etc. - Sometimes the fastest server points to Nigeria when I am in India (India has 3 servers). - Would appreciate if you can increase the number of servers in India. It's not the same as connecting to other locations.
This is almost perfect! The only issue I've had is the connections using Shadowsocks. Seemingly at random connects, I get a message saying that it is my only option and proceeds to complete the Shadowsocks connection with no explanation of what or why that is. A little research taught me what it is, and further down the rabbit hole I kinda got an idea of why it connects with Shadowsocks. Other than this minor issue, speeds and server selection are outstanding! I often see people state that their speeds have suffered, but I have had zero decrease. The UI is beautiful and intuitive. For these two reasons alone I have become a fan and daily user of Surfshark!

They target torrent users for security and speed. They OFFER only protected downloading. But a torrent uploads too. And THAT gets rerouted to your ISP directly. It will NOT pass the VPN adapter for protection. You are NOT safe. And when you discover this, being exposed to legal risks for more than 30 days, there will be no refund. Because... 30 days passed. Another 2 year subscription that turned out to be garbage. And a serious legal risk with that. Great customer support otherwise, so a real shame. Post-edit: test for yourself. Download torrent with HASH 1160b7aab84ec3f442d5f2c2febd5793b9158936 (it's popular for uploading) and check in task manager for both network adapters how much traffic is uploaded on each. You'll notice that your LAN/WiFi connection uploads like crazy yet the SurfShark adapter uploads maybe 10% of that. They should be identical, as with the download traffic.
