There is very nice and great support, easy chat. Ils sont très très serviable et amicale. Plus you can make free gift to your family and friend by giving them a free subscription, thanks to Surfshark. Speed for streaming is fair and they give tips to increase it. Price is the best on the market and it was in canadian money. Don't forget others advertise with a US price, that upload fairly the bill. I would like to have more country to reach mainly in Africa, South America and Asia rather in the States USA. I found only good and fair reviews about this VPN. Sail safely with a Surfshark Fin and wave hello to the Virgin Island. So tag along!
A VPN should just work in the background and not even be noticed. With Surfshark, I always have issues using my SKYPE. For some reason, I have to disconnect and reconnect SURFSHARK to get Skype to work. Very irritating. I've contacted the help via chat but they didn't help much. I think the person I chatted with was new. Seemed to know less than I about Surfshark. And wouldn't pass me to someone more knowledgeable.
Its literally the best, and it just turns on automatically, so if you're afraid of buying something your not going to use. That's wrong. I thought the same but I use it every time I'm using a website

Good, fast and stable
With the recent pandemic and the stay at home orders, I had to find ways to gain more content not available to my country. When I found SurfShark, it was the cheapest VPN tool and had a lot of features. I took the chance to purchase the 2-year plan and had no regrets after. I was able to access digital content with ease. Not only that, it provided me safety and security as I can easily browse the web without any issues and concerns with someone snooping around. The ad blocker was a big plus and it enables me to utilize multiple vpns.
I'm not comfortable with the service for various reasons... I asked for a refund in the days following the subscription but there was no way I could get my money back. Then for me it works discreetly but it's not what I need. Bad customer service.
Extremely easy tu install and use, very very cheap but seems to funcion well, and posible to install in devices without limits of number so can be shared, very nice. Don't know if it slows my connection but they have a good help service. Some bugs sometimes but nothing very important. I don't calificate with 5 stars for these doubts but think that they deserve 5.
Very good VPN. Easy to use and just works. The one time I had a issue....I realized my internet was out from my provider. 5 stars....very happy.
