I haven't any issues with SurfShark. Nor any intrusions. Instructions are sometimes vague.

Surfshark VPN works well with a small drop in Mbps but this is better than most of the opposition. Very simple to use and very secure so would recommend it.
Customer service response time is good and that's where all the good bits end. Have had this service since early March, whitelist does not work no matter how many times you add websites to it you are still locked out as it shows you may not be in the UK. I was told to disable some features but that would leave me vulnerable. Final straw was the trying to update the software, it just got stuck in a loop and I had to use task manager to end the program. It has been an expensive lesson as I took out the 3yr plan and they do not give refunds. Please do not waste your money on this system or at least take out the minimal contract and make sure you cancel in time I have made sure mine does not try and renew. Unless you are willing to refund some of money (which I know you are not) there is no point and I stand by my review

The number one feature for me is the price it is excellent. The problems I have are I am not tech savvy and I am having troubles staying connected to the internet. Between my Wi-Fi and surfshark it seems to time out kicking me offline and I have to disconnect and reconnect. Would like to see more of an auto connect settings for average users. The auto connect feature for the server works fine.
