Pure and steadfast!
Easy install. Amazing after sales service with follow up emails to make sure I'm completely happy. Always great service through the website with someone ready to live chat if I have any queries. I highly recommend PureVPN! I'm totally happy with the product and the service!
Very good, but the various options are a little confusing. Not sure to understand the differences between them
I've used over 10 differn't VPN products and this is by far the best, I get my full bandwidth of 200+ Mbps dowlnoad. The easy to use menu's and fact the licences are not assigned to specific devices allows full flexability, with cybergohst you have to login online and change the defualt device settings just to use the VPN on your laptop. If you're looking for a VPN there's no other place to look.
Great Service
Hands down the best VPN software out there. The ease of use and power of the software is unmatched.
It is great and fast
Really enjoy using this VPN, handy for work :)
Generally PureVPN has been good and worked well for my needs. I would definitely recommend them. A couple of months ago I would probably have given 4 stars as there were a few problems with the app and some of the servers could be a bit slow, however in the last month or so I have noticed a huge speed increase (4Mbs to 40Mbs between Australia and Europe) I found the online sales and tech teams to be very friendly and extremely helpful. It is well worth chatting to them online if you are thinking about a VPN connection as they were able to give me a 3 year deal at a really good price. I only use it every now and again when I am abroad or using unsecured wifi on my laptop but it is handy to have just a button click away and I WILL be renewing my account when it expires. Note: While PureVPN has its own Android/Windows app it can also be made to work with OpenVPN client which is handy for those of us who use command line Linux! The reason I signed up: When I was in the UK in 2016 I found access to my company server in Australia (Sydney) was unusably slow. I was using my in-laws BT Unlimited Infinity fibre broadband connection (Advertised at upto 76Mb down, 19.5Mb up) I was able to get to servers within the UK at close to the advertised speeds. However trying to access my Australian server I got less than 800Kb down and less than 50Kb Up - (Yes 56Kb is the speed those screachy dial up modems worked at in the late 1990s!). Using PureVpn and connecting to one of their servers in London I got speeds of over 50Mb down and 15Mb up to my Australian server over the same BT Internet connection. BT customer services was NOT able to give me a satisfactory reason why however others have suggested that ISPs (Not just BT) are trying to save money on international bandwidth by having too many people per line.
problème de déconnexions , donc il faut bien paramétrer le logiciel pour éviter les mauvaises surprises
