I have been using PureVPN since 2012 and i must say, all these years their support, their service is spot on and they improve their mac and mobile app every year. I 100% recommended PureVPN if you want to watch USA Netflix, Share Files or do other stuff, Pure VPN is the one all you need.

PureVPN sent me an invoice THIS WEEK that charged me for an add-on service they have not offered for at least 4 months, and perhaps 2 YEARS. They assure me this was due to an automation glitch, and that they are investigating, and that my case is the only one like it. BEWARE! I would highly recommend getting yourself off of the automatic renewal if you're going to purchase this service. And read the bill carefully. I caught this before the bill was paid, which feels lucky. The company does not have a record of sending money back once they have it. What they did about my problem was extend my subscription significantly without charge. But getting this involved an unreasonable level of tantrum throwing on my part. The service I got from 1st and 2nd level support reps was pretty bad. Part of the problem is their location (Hong Kong), which is exactly 12 hours out of sync from me. More Senior reps are not available during the day because it's the middle of the night there. Nobody at PureVPN seems to appreciate the need to be awake when their customers are awake. For now, I'm staying with PureVPN, primarily because it's not costing me anything for awhile. And also, the devil you know. The program itself works reasonably well for me--watching Amazon in the Caribbean. But this billing issue is question of honesty and integrity. I don’t really want to do business with a company that “accidentally” bills its customers, hoping they don’t notice. We'll see how it goes.
Had some trouble but it wasn't really your fault. My IP service crashed out(no internet) It caused a problem with getting purevpn back up and working.....password not being accepted. However, all was well eventually, it did take some time to finally get everything right and a lot of frustration
