In most cases I need to work in mainland China. But since April this year, PureVPN hasn't worked any more. Can you fix this issue.
I'm happy with Purevpn now, Thank you your improvement ?????????
We Will Not See Any Profit, Perk Or Benefit From Social Media Tracking, Fishing Or Any Other Insidious Behavior( Like Installing Search Engines In Our Browsers...) And You May Disagree With My Comment...I Personally Hate Looking At Products And Seeing The Same Crap In Social Media Platform Trying To Sell The Exact Item I Did Not Buy Elsewhere...PureVPN Is A Real Winner For The Price...I'm Very Happy With The Long Term Plan On My Windows 10 PRO Rig...No Problems Here...I Do Recommend And Im Only A Happy Customer...And Love My Freedom From Insidious Tactics.
Highly recommended. Great functionality, prompt and useful support. I've been using it for years and will keep doing so.
Hi, PureVPN is very good service. I recommend the subscription. The chat works well to solve every problem. I will be able to look at Italian TV abroad perfectly Thanks Rosaria
Always use when I'm abroad
The service is fantastic, and my line speed is not degregated at all. I have been with Purevpn for about 6 years, and find the staff willing to sort out any issues within a timely fashion. John from New Zealand

The most egregious problem with Pure is that it "mis-states" which server is connected to a user's computer, and IN WHICH COUNTRY. This is a very dire situation if/when a user believes and trusts that the company is acting in good faith. I have a long list of files comparing the country Pure claims to have connected me to with the IP address displayed by my ISP provider and/or websites whose main or only task is showing the user's IP address. Not once in the past year+ has Pure's claimed IP address gibed with the others'. This has substantial impact and import when a user needs maximum protection and depends on Pure to honestly connect her/him to a server in a nation that actually does protect the user's personal data, but is, in fact, is routed through a country with terrible privacy laws and spying. Since the last Pure version update, it will not even divulge the location it claims to be connecting me to. Is this a significant sign that it knows there is a discrepancy and doesn't want me/us to know? Second problem: PVPN is very prone to disconnecting, leaving a user open and vulnerable online when s/he believes there is protection. This is made worse by the fact that, all too often, there is no, or delayed, notification that the connection was lost. Some days I have no idea if I'm connected to any of Pure's servers or not, as there are no, or few, banners to announce the status. When I compared a ton of available VPN companies, using 6-7 VPN reviewing websites, and direct reading of company data, Pure looked very good; its own claims and promises certainly were extremely self-assured. Now I'm very disappointed in the wide gap between promise and reality. Third issue: Trying to use Pure's servers in a country to circumvent rejection when I want to watch a regular channel's programs is usually a wasted exercise. The pertinent channel/broadcaster is usually onto Pure's servers and denies me access. Pure does not seem to update its servers to keep ahead of this. Understandably, I am not impressed by Pure, and am looking for a replacement VPN provider.
