So far, so good - I am absolutely loving PIA in terms of ease of use across a variety of operating systems. I can't explain how simple the Linux interface is - and how reliable the service is as well. I was referred to PIA through one of my favorite youtube channels that specializes in technology and open-source / privacy news and information, and I would highly recommend this VPN service. I am very impressed.
I have installed and tried to use three different VPN systems and the last two I have abandoned half way through my subscriptions. However after just installing PIA I feel good as the installation even on Linux Mint went smooth and without a hitch and the up and down speeds obtained are very close to my original speeds. What could be better!
The speed is acceptable. The big downside for me is the fact that it is not working with Amazon Prime Video.

Speed is bad. I'm a long time customer and it worked awesome before but since a couple of months speeds are xtremely slow. I get around 5-15mb with a 250mb connection. I connect to the same country. It is impossible to see to what you are exactly connection,. You can just turn it on or off and nothing more. The first seconds the speed is great but it drops right after. I disconnect and connect again but the same happens over and over again, making PIA totally useless as this is way too slow. Will cancel my account and find some other provider.
Very disappointing - my speed dropped from 50mps to 1.5mps through a local PIA server. I immediately contacted PIA to request a refund. I received an email acknowledging the problem and asking if they could offer support to maintain my service. I requested a refund. I'm still waiting for a reply....
Easy to set up and use, no impact on speed. Recommended
I have been using PIA for three years now. Now and again the speed will slow down, but changing the server will fix this for the most part. I will not use Apple, but my android phone has no problems with PIA. I also use it for my laptop and FireStick. The Kill switch is a lifesaver for the FireStick. I did have problems using it for Netflix, but I am told this has been fixed. I haven't tried yet. I had problems with my PayPal account and had to contact customer service using chat. This was a quick and easy process and I renewed my service for another year.
I have been using it for the last 1year and a few months and I really like it.. dont have anything to complain about.Thank you PIA, I def wouldnt be able to work online like I do.
