Theft of service. Paid for 5 years, send me a bill and cancellation notice at 2 years
I was somewhat skeptical at first about which VPN service to use. There are many options out on the 'net. I researched and had recommendations from a friend and decided on PIA. I'm glad I made that choice. Installation was very easy and straightforward. Use is even easier. I had also read that Netflix and other streaming companies may not work with PIA/VPN. I stream nowadays and have experienced no problems with Netflix or Prime streaming. I highly recommend PIA VPN services.
Its just what I needed. I downloaded the app it installed itself and then I signed on using the password and user they sent and away it went. As I said just what I needed something as simple as turning on the computer. No fuss no muss just works.

I had trouble installing PIA. It took quite a while, over 8 hours in fact. Each time I called I received attentive help and eventually got PIA installed. After it was installed all worked well. On closing down my computer PIA would not open again with the same error. Called Support again and I was advised how to fix the problem. Problem Not with PIA but how my computer was set up. As someone who does not know anything about operating systems I was able to follow the instructions and everything is now working well. My suggestion is to install something on the visible icon so that you know PIA is working and hasn't dropped out. It would also show that PIA has restarted if the Snooze option is used. Now a satisfied user.
I use the service for several days, until everyone is happy! The application for the android, I noticed, eats a lot of batteries, but apparently this encryption, turned it off, I believe. I recommend service to everyone!
Tried to get a refund for my order twice. First ticket I sent I talked with customer support and I had my membership cancelled to get the refund. I waited for over 2 weeks and got no refund. Sent a new ticket and asked for a refund again and didn't even get a response back. This company has the worst customer support I've ever seen and advice nobody to ever buy anything from them.
Pretty disappointed with this vpn service so far. I’m located in Kentucky and the closest server is in Chicago which makes all of my devices slow. I have to keep my VPN deactivated most of the time to be able to use my apps and stream because of how much it slows the connection . So far it feels like I’ve wasted my $40
Perhaps it's just un-tech savvy me, but i can't find how to use it. I bought in in order to use ustvgo.tv which said it needed a VPN to work, so i bought in. it did work for that, but not well. Streams were on and off, loading unloading, inconsistent. When i left it on for other web work, going to my regular sites, it required me to log in with my passwords over and over. It by-passed my saved passwords, no longer saved. So i found little use for it so far and wondering if i got ripped off. USTVgo.tv had worked fine without it, but after i changed settings to block porn sites that were popping up all over my computer, it would not work anymore. So i clicked on the "VPV required" button, read the reviews of VPNs and made the best deal available. it was hard to use, even to turn on. I asked for help, got answers that did not help me. Lots of in between steps left out, so i don't know if i'm just dumb re/ this or if i am missing something important.
