I had two issues when signing up for the service: - after signing up, logging in to manage my account did not work - I was given a username/password error when I tried. I wanted to do this because I wanted to change my password, since: - my username and password were given to me in plain text in an email, which to my knowledge is not a very secure medium. A strange choice for a company that sells a security service. After this I've been able to sign in everywhere and use the service without issues, which so far has been very good.

Not available in the country I specifically wanted like Korea is the main one I needed to use sites in Korea area only and now after buying pia can't even see Korea such a waste... I live in the UK and I keep disconnecting from every VPN server in the UK.....only one that works is Netherlands which won't disconnect me.. recommend going for another vpn even mobile version does the same to me as well which is really depressing
Really pretty useless as a VPN as it cannot be used on most sites that you'd ideally need it to! The customer service is so goddamned awful it will make you pull your hair out. And on top of that they ripped me off with a pricing scam and now I'm stuck with this piece of crap useless vpn for another 2 years. If I want a proper VPN that does what it should do I'll now have to pay another £60~£80 elsewhere on top just to get a service! When I tried to discuss this issue with London media, and the fact that their pricing offer was grossly misleading they were simply not interested..... So... London media if you send a pat template response for me to contact your customer service, so you can appear to be concerned and wanting to help me.... Then DO NOT BOTHER you're wasting your time. I'll tell everyone I know not to buy, use or recommend this awful pile of garbage and dishonest hopeless company!

It was very easy to sign up and establish a connection, actually one of the easiest times I've ever had using software! Re-connection is easy through the app and I have all my devices covered..great deal..lots of options!
One simple suggestion in case I missed it....first VPN, you know. Lots of server options in various locations, app was easy to install on multiple devices & platforms. Latency is okay depending on time of day and location of server. Price was fair for the service. My only suggestion is to be able to scan and change to the lowest latency server in the background if that's not already an option.
PIA is a lower cost option that is good for a small business like mine, that has only limited need for using a VPN. It may be that some will want to work with a VPN that offers dozens and dozens of addresses in multiple municipalities and countries, but for that you pay a higher price. The service and customer support worked well for me. The only quibble I had is that I couldn't directly cancel my subscription in the customer dashboard. One has to work with customer service for that, or let the subscription expire. I'm not comfortable with the latter. In any case, I had no problem terminating the account, and foreclosing any unwanted billing, through a quick and efficient chat.
Used them for years worldwide. Never an issue connecting and beats censorship with ease.
I run Linux for my multimedia experience at home. It's hard to find a VPN client that works with Linux, PIA goes above and beyond and I'm extremely happy with this software
