Experienced spotty service and many connection issues during the first year of my subscription. Auto-connect feature was extremely unreliable on the MacOS app and often left me browsing unprotected. I was also disappointed by the lack of a killswitch feature on the new version of the app. I decided that another service could meet my needs better and attempted to cancel my service and ask for a partial refund. The support agent was extremely unhelpful with this request and refused to offer any sort of refund. I would not recommend locking yourself into a subscription with NordVPN.

NordVPN locked us out of our computer. In the first few minutes of signing on with NordVPN, we were locked out of our MacBook pro and after numerous issues in that first 15 minutes, I asked for an immediate refund. Then, three months later, when updating our MacBook Pro's software, the NordVPN software reared it's ugly head again to cause us issue even though we didn't even have the application on our laptop anymore! While the customer service people at NordVPN were eventually able to talk us through deleting this cancerous application off our laptop, it gave me a great distrust in NordVPN. I would NEVER recommend this app. to anyone.
