Purchased the two year plan. Worked great initially (in fact, my overall download and upload speeds improved).., and then suddenly all that changed... dramatically: I am lucky if I get more than 2 mbps download, let's not discuss upload speeds. I have had to turn off NordVPN most days. It is a big waste of money. NordVPN comments that this drop off in speed is NOT related to 30 Day trial period and I accept this BUT there is also no disputing that my experience changed significantly just a few weeks after subscribing to the service for reasons that are not readily apparent (even on servers with less than a 50% load). My most recent Ookla Speediest registered 12.96 mbps for download speeds which is an improvement over the 2 mbps I recorded at the time of my initial review but still significantly lower than the greater than 50 mbps I was getting when I first purchased the service.

I'm using it for P2P, accessing US streaming services and also in public wifi places. Really works stable and also good speeds. I've read in some reviews about IPv6 leak but haven't detected. Guess It's already fixed. Speed adjustment is just a minimal whats is about 5-10 percents

Ordinary and variable speeds. DNS leak issues (unforgivable) I'm back on StrongVPN - where Ive been for 5 years prior.

Worked ok for the first month, and then was impossible to use - unreliable and unusably slow during peak server times. I spent hours trying the fixes with live support who had the customer service skills of high school interns and were only able to answer my questions through send links to tutorials. After hours and hours trying to persevere with their supposed trouble shooting I lost my patience, and rightly so, as it was all just a ruse to cover the fact that their VPN is the worst. I stupidly signed up for a two year subscription after reading the clearing PRed and biased review sites. Please avoid my mistake to save yourself a lot of time, money and stress.

Never worked from day one, they replied within hours when trying to solve the problem, when they realised they couldnt, they stopped responding after the request for a refund was made. Crooks. Credit Card Chargeback initiated for fund recovery.

Has not worked correctly since subscribing. Takes too long to connect and slows down internet usage to a crawl. Contacting customer support, if one dares call it that, is a joke. Only support is via chat and when they feel like hooking up. Any email requesting help is answered days later( 4 days over a weekend). Uninstalled and re-installed numerous times to correct problems. And, but of course my 30 money back guaranty has expired and I'm stuck with a two year subscription. Why anyone would use these guys is beyond me.

Ich nutzt(e) NordVpn auf meinem Mac als auch meinem PC. Auf beiden Systemen gab es große Probleme. Auf dem Mac gibt es regelmäßig Verbindungsprobleme zum Vpn Server. Man muss nach jedem aufklappen des Gerätes erneut die Verbindung trennen und neu aufbauen, ziemlich nervig auf dauer. Die Geschwindigkeit ist sehr schlecht. Ich habe mich immer zu Serven in Deutschland verbunden, das sollte dann eigentlich kein Problem sein. Trotzdem hat es oft bis zu 15 Sekunden gedauert bis eine Webseite geladen wurde. Dann hab ich NordVpn ausgestellt und die Seite lud sofort. Die Windows App ist sehr unzuverlässig. Trotz der Option das Sie mit dem System starten soll verweigert diese das manchmal. Dann muss sie manuell gestartet werden. Am Handy gibt es regelmäßig Verbindungsabbrüche von 6 Minuten und mehr die bei vollem LTE Empfang zu sehen. Ich bin sehr unzufriedenem, jetzt sitze ich noch 1 Jahr auf dem Abbo...

Slow speed, lack luster customer support, and am currently trying to get a refund only to be ran around and charged additional amounts. Would not recommend. Pick a different VPN and save yourself some trouble.

WORSE than you can ever expect for all their hype. Numerous mails..without any solutions. Ridiculous suggestions...Service people that simply repeated the same thing over and over again. The bottom line is that this so-called VPN service doesn't work on any mobile apple device. Ive asked for my money back, but they refuse....even though nothing works after 4 months of messing around. I feel very cheated by the overwhelming rave reviews and the actual quagmire of nonsense Ive been through just to try to get a connection. BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. This is a very poor operation painted pretty.
