Sikkert, diskret, lynhurtig forbindelse, mange funktioner og flot design. Det eneste som jeg ikke bryder mig om er at prisen er en tand for høj hvis man kun vil have en måned af gangen, men det er jo deres market strategi hvis de gerne vil have folk køber i større mængder. Udover det så er alt meget lige til; man kan selv vælge server og det er meget hurtige forbindelser og sidst men ikke mindst er det også enormt user-friendly. Har haft NordVPN nu i et stykke tid og kan med garanti sige at mange af dem som kun har givet 1 stjerne til NordVPN er analfabeter. Mange klager over at de er blevet trukket uden at blive oplyst eller at de "kom til" at købe den helt store pakke som er billigere per måned. Det man køber er et abonnent til den angivende tid du har valgt og så trækker den jo selvfølgelig indtil du selv siger at du ikke have det længere. Hvis man bare bruger 30 sekunder på at læse igennem hvad der står på deres side og på deres tilbud så kunne de have sparet sig selv det postyr. Ærgerligt at folk kun har dårlige ting at sige selv om de 95%+ af tiden er dem selv som har kvajet sig.

Didn’t work in the USA and just tried in Spain, didn’t work there either. Can’t watch iplayer or other geo servives. Hopeless despite customer services trying to get me to try different servers, none of which worked. Want my money back.
So many fake reviews out here from the competition, trying to make NordVPN look bad. NordVPN is my first choice when it comes to quality, security, and all the things I want when I think of a VPN. Their customer support is top notch and next level! Nothing comes closer to the quality of customer support that NordVPN has. They are not very flexible and strict when it comes to changing the account email from one to another. And I understand that they value our security and hence they are strict, but I hope they just find some other simple way to do this without compromising on the security of course. 5/5 stars purely deserved!!
I have used NordVPN for about a year, and find the customer service, mainly conducted via Twitter extremely good. The big plus with NordVPN is the fact that they do not keep logs for user site connections. I have had problems accessing Hulu, not quite sure what the issues are, it would be nice if NordVPN could elucidate and provide a work around.
The good thing of Nord is you dont need to install the desktop app if you only want the vpn on your browser. Their extension works on its own unlike others where you still need the desktop app to use the browser extension. The bad thing is, when for some reason the extension couldn't connect to the vpn server or you are using up the max limit of connection per account, it will disable the extension (technically it will disconnect from vpn server) and let the browser continue to connect without any protection. You have no control when this happens and by the time you noticed it, your IP is leaked. Very concerning design. It is crucial that once you turn on the vpn, it should never ever allow normal connection to go through until you turn it off. I hope they fix this on their extension. Overall satisfying service except for the extension turning off on its own on rare conditions, which is a major security flaw in my opinion.
The Free 7-day offer is intentionally designed to be virtually impossible to cancel - be warned you need a free night and a lot of patience to cancel it. It’s incredibly helpful of NordVPN to shrug shoulders when they encourage you to sign up with Apple, and say it isn’t their problem
NordVPN is installed on all my Apple products, and I have few complaints. Amazon and one of my banks didn't work thru Nord until they helped me find particular servers which didn't block traffic. They're always very responsive to my queries. My biggest question: how do I know that the VPN is actually working, as it's all transparent to me.
I had a monthly subscription on Nord VPN and 12 days later, it told me that it was time to pay your subscription, it not been a month yet so I reached out to customer support and told them I had a monthly subscription and been 12 says and told me it's time to pay your subscription, they took FOREVER to respond, they finally respond telling me that they could not do anything about it or not giving me a full refund because of their policy, They need to in prove customer support.
