Today I tried the NordVPN 7 day free trial. 2 hours later, and after not being able to get it to connect, I realised that it might not be the right solution for me. However, when trying to confirm this with NordVPN, I noticed that a full years payment of £76.99 has already been taken! 2 hours - Free trial! I’m sure this is a mistake, NordVPN will make the necessary refunds so that this review can be edited to become a review of good customer service. I await your reply.
Don't read there fake reviews any site. Their Country wise IP's are not correct and all IPs are black listed proxy. Just loss my money and waste my time.

Slow with constant disconnections. The NordVPN service is not useful. Don't buy. I have been with them for 18 months and the services got worst...
(see english version below) Wenn Du Dich nicht verbinden kannst, obwohl die Anwendung sogar deinstalliert ist. Oder Du immer über den selben Server verbunden wirst, obwohl die App so tut, als wärst Du über den Server verbunden, den Du ausgewählt hast. Wenn Du nach Neustart keine Internet-Verbindung bekommst, auch ohne, dass NordVPN läuft. Oder NordVPN läuft, sich aber nicht verbinden kann. Dann checke /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.nordvpn.osx.helper und lösche diese am besten! Habe den 3-Jahresplan gekauft, um dann nach dem ersten Monat die Erfahrung zu machen, dass beim letzten Update ihrer Software auf MacOS Catalina nichts mehr geht. Der Support reagiert zwar in 24h, aber extrem inkompetent. Es hat den Anschein, dass sie nicht mal lesen, was man ihnen schickt (Screenshots, Log-files). Es hat mir viel Zeit gekostet herauszufinden, an was es liegt. Und es scheint, etwas zu sein, dass schon länger viele Nutzer nervt (zum Beispiel hier in den Bewertungen). Der Bug wird nicht beseitigt. Stattdessen benutzen Sie Dich als Tester und fischen mit Standardantworten herum. Standardsatz:"Let us know how it goes!", als hätten Sie selber keinen Mac! Obwohl Sie keine funktionierende Lösung anbieten für einen Ihnen wohl bekannten Bug, weigern sie sich, die Reklamation anzunehmen und die übrige Zeit zu erstatten. Lebenszeit kannst Du mit Besserem verschwenden als sich mit dieser dubiosen Firma abzugeben! English: If you cannot connect, even though the application is uninstalled. Or you are always connected through the same server, even though the app pretends that you are connected through the server you have selected. If you can't get an Internet connection after restarting the app, even without NordVPN running. Or NordVPN is running but cannot connect. Then check /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.nordvpn.osx.helper and delete it! I bought the 3-year plan, only to find out after the first month that the last update of Nordvpn software on MacOS Catalina is not working anymore. The support reacts in 24h, but extremely incompetent. It seems that they do not even read what you send them (screenshots, log files). It took me a long time to find out what the problem is. And it seems to be something that has been annoying a lot of users for a long time (for example here in the ratings). The bug is not fixed. Instead, they use you as a tester and fish around with standard answers. Standard sentence: "Let us know how it goes!" as if you didn't have a Mac yourself! Although they don't offer a working solution for a bug they know well, they refuse to accept the complaint and refund the rest of the time. Lifetime can be wasted on better things than dealing with this dubious company!
Don't touch it slows down the internet to a crawl, hence the massive discount to suck you in. I am using a competitor don't touch Nord and the 5 star reviews are fake.
One of the best VPNs on the market. I dont know hwy others are complaining. If you want to stay always connected to VPN you should simply purchase a stronger connection. But for $10/a month you get decent connection from NORDVPN. Deffinately much better than other competitors
Worst app I ever used. Most of the time my phone read “No Internet”. I thought Verizon or my iPhone X was the problem until I discovered NordVPN was the problem. Emailed to cancel, since I could not find a customer service telephone number. I notified them about 5 weeks after I subscribed and paid about $84 for 12months. They refused to give me a refund. Total rip-off. One star rating is overly generous.
UK review .I have been using Nordvpn for 3 years now .use it on my android phone , Amazon tablet , Amazon fire tv and Sony android tv. The software is easy to use and to connect to a variety of servers around the world . Prior to use I always check for dns leak and no issues every time . I have not experience any lag as some reviews have said . Best features of Nord Ease of use Multitude of software support for different products No dns leak Plenty of servers Cost
