Works okay, but the customer support is not very helpful. Support people seem not to listen to customers problems. Then if things do not work properly, they just say, "that's the way it works", instead of saying they will try to address that problem. Sometimes the program works well, sometimes not. Depends on the version which usually are updated about once a month. Rarely see improvement.

Reliable VPN service, easy to use on all devices
The whole thing works seamlessly on all my devices. I don't see an appreciable decrease in network performance. I've used it in the US, Europe and Canada. It connected reliably wherever I've been. I will also say that I'm a tech professional so I have high expectations. They've been met.... easily.
