It's all good, the problem is all with the application, I can not use it cause my country blocks access to app and Ivacy not fixing this issue. they say working on it but never getting it done. how hard can it be? 90% of other VPNs working just fine. without app cannot use most features but overall VPN is great and I'm using manual connection which works like a charm. Update: contacted the email they gave me below and they fixed the issue! very good and fast support! but have to say, Ivacy Prime is REALLY REALLY bad for gaming, unstable pings! Update #2: I see Ivacy reported my review as violation of guideline of trustpilot! don't know why is that but will explain my issues further so they understand why I give them low rating. 1. main app does not work in Iran 2. manual connection fails to connect most of the times 3. Ivacy Prime app working great, speed is good but ping is very bad and because of that I never use it on my PC cause I use vpn mostly for gaming. 4. because main app is not available we don't have access to features like killswitch and most of countries cause ivacy prime only has very few servers (I know that manual connection has all servers but most of the time does not connect for me) these are all my reasons for this review and don't know why would you report this review! I will give your service a 5/5 review if you fix the issue of your main app in our country but currently I hardly use your vpn except my android device cause I only use it there for unblocking websites. Update #3: today contacted ivacy online support to see if there is any new version of the ivacy prime, he told me no and i should use manual connection, i asked for a link for the android app and he sent me, it was version 2, eventho he told me there is no new version, no matter, I installed the new one and thought it would improve the overall app, guess what, it no longer connects!! ask the same support many times to send me previous version cause this new version does not work at all. he ignored my messages and sent the same link for version 2 over and over again!! so much for improvement! they told me about a year ago that they will work on their main app to make it work in restricted countries, they didn't do that but they managed to broke the very app that did work!!! they always claim they are number one, i know many VPNs that does not claim that and work fine in restricted countries!! really disappointed!

Great service & great support... needed help & one of the support representatives used TeamViewer to help me personally with my problem. I am very happy with the speed of the service as well. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.

I've tried most VPNs on offer, PIA, Nord, Cyberghost, Express etc and can honestly say that Ivacy is as good, if not better, than all of them. I don't know why it is never recommended in "Top ten" comparisons.

I have used a lot of VPN and they all lost a lot of speed in the process, making their usage very frustrating, especially watching overseas video contents or downloading torrent files. Ivacy shows the best speed ever. Of course, using a VPN will affect the original Internet connection without VPN, but Ivacy only lose a tiny bit, maybe in the 10% ~ 20% depending on the country the server connects to. Definitely not as much as 80% as seen on some other VPN companies such as Windscribe, NordVPN, etc... Which cost much more than Ivacy. $60 for a 5 years VPN is the best expense I have every paid for Internet access. Additional feedback 2019-06-21: Running ivacy on a Windows virtual machine with Network VPN connection. Internet NBN50: Getting download speed of 3MB/s. Really the best VPN service I have seen. Highly recommended.

I Absolutely LOVE Ivacy!!! I always receive Fabulous customer service!! Works really well and Plan on keeping it as long as I use a computer!!!
