I have been looking for a VPN provider and tried to contact Express VPN to ask a few simple questions before joining. I sent an email and was duly given a ticket number but had no response after 36 hours, in case it had gone astray I sent another request gaining another ticket number and still no response after another 12 hours, not the few hours as mentioned on their site. By chance I happened to notice only on this one occasion there was a live chat available so I tried to make contact this way to try and get my answers, I provided my ticket numbers and was informed that they had had a bundle of emails due to an issue with Netflix and that they were currently snowed under with emails, when I asked why their chat facility was not always available I was told that sometimes they attended company meetings and so the lines would be down for this time. Okay I can accept things do happen occasionally but since this live chat I finally got an email reply to my original requests I was informed again that they sometimes attend company meetings in the "town hall" and that the whole support staff attend so that they can all discuss the latest topics and how to answer them. How then can they purport to give 24/7 support coverage if they close the department down every so often for regular meetings, also the way the email was worded in my opinion sounded like it was generated by a computer and not a human being. I do not think this is the company for me as I feel if I do sign up to their service and I come across a situation where I require their prompt help will I get the support I need. With this experience I think not.

the first VPN Service appear to be fast in Germany unlike most other top ten VPN service that worked great in USA and outside Europe, However, the prices continue to be very high i wish that they will give some discounts.
Before I was using a few vpns but none of them were like a express. It's been more than six months now and this is the the best service you can find on market atm. I love to stream overseas sports and there is no slow connection when you connect to the server.
Took me under 5 minutes to get a refund via. the live chat. Only refunded because i did not use it very much. Otherwise the VPN was perfect.
Connection speeds are very slow compared with other vpn providers that charge a lot less.
expressvpn.com Bewertung. Nachtrag: habe versucht mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Nur PAYMENTWALL weiß von nichts. Auf KEINEN FALL ohne Paypal Geld überweisen! Obwohl ich PDF und den Überweisungsbeleg habe. Strafanzeige wegen Betrug dauert sehr lange. Die spielen am ende auf Zeit und hoffen, dass sich alles im Sande verläuft. Muss man aber nicht hinnehmen. Erstens gibt es speed Einprüche weit unter 3 Mb/s zweitens wird mit Geld zurück geworben aber kein Paypal akzeptiert, obwohl es da steht funktioniert es nicht. Hinterher verlangte ich Geld zurück noch in den nächsten 5 min. Bla wurde durch eine Autonome KI geschrieben, die sich als Mitarbeiter ausgibt. Aber kein echter Mensch ist und natürlich wurde mein Konto einfach so gesperrt bei gezahlten 50€ die jetzt weg sind. Und natürlich habe ich vom Geld nie wieder was gesehen. Rate jeden Hände weg, der speed braucht.
i have using this service for a week now and the lowest speed i got is 15 mbps and sometimes you can get 50 mbps. the server for hulu can be a little bit slow but fast enough to stream HD but you can use the dns service if you want to be connected to a faster server the customer support is great and good to technical question it is a little expensive but I am willing to pay extra for the good speed and service i would highly recommended it to others
I tried these guys a few months ago and found that most of the server locations were overloaded at the time, so they were slow. I submitted a support request but got very little "real" help. Everything else was fine, I just constantly had speed issues.
I have used ExpressVPN for years back and forth and it has always been improving. Now I can't complain about anything ! The products works super fast and smoothly no matter what country I connect to ... I am using ExpressVPN on my mac and it really satisfies me. I am fulfilled... Highly recommended
