Great app, great service, great customer support. I’ve been a customer for six years (when it was still called “Cloak”). I’ve seen problems. They’ve been fixed. Super solid now, and has been for a long time!
Solid VPN but sometimes a little slow.
Might interfere with other apps (adblockers) and not connect. Sometimes misidentifies network and phone restart is needed to fix it. Won’t connect on some captive page Wi-Fi which is very annoying since most public Wi-Fi have captive pages. Full subscription is quite expensive among other von options.
Good speed, reliable, would give 5 stars if there was a server availability dashboard indicating any potential problems or slow downs.

Use it since Cloak. Is getting better al the time. It’s now at the point where it’s just working without worries, all over the world!
I want a refund. When encrypt.me works, it works fine. The problem is, it increasingly prevents me from connecting to the internet in many places. I've contacted support and gotten very cursory and not very helpful answers that I need to select my location. That rarely makes any difference at all. I've had to log out of my account on my laptop and delete it from my phone and tablet. This may be a problem with VPNs in general, but until encrypt.me fixes it and develops better support around it, this is a complete waste of money.
Because several times a month, your connection is unresponsive, I give you less than five stars. I can't wholeheartedly recommend your service to www . hmug . org, because a user doesn't understand why his internet is suddenly turned off because your VPN stops it.
It works well on my MacBook Air, but not as well on my iPad Mini. However I suspect the problem may well be with the Mini's wi-fi antenna design. Encrypt.me spends it's time searching for a connection with the Mini while in the same environment the MB Air will connect.
I often must quit Encryt to send emails on my iPad. Aggravating.
