Somebody successfully hacked my paid account. I know because an automatically generated email from Zenmate informed me. Their recovery link was a dead end. I tried to contact the support link multiple times but their customer service is non-existent. I can't login to cancel (because somebody took the account over) and don't know if the credit card info is safe.

Attention au renouvellement sans votre autorisation pour ceux qui prennent la version payante ZENMATE ! 2eme pb : la délocalisation de l'IP en France est souvent "en vrac" d'où coupure soudaine... Question paiement automatique, il m'est arrivé la même mésaventure en France avec ONLINE du groupe Ilyad (Free,etc..). Pratique commerciale à "chi.." et le pire c'est que pour vous remboursez, ils annoncent 30 à 60 jours ! Pas étonnant lorsqu'en fin de compte on sait qui possède Ilyad : Goldman-Sachs... c'est à dire LA banque !

BUYER BEWARE! If you subscribe to them they will set up an automatic subscription renewal without telling you and then take monies from you when they renew without warning you. Despite not using their services for over six months (due to it not working anymore for the intention I had for it) and requesting a refund for the automatic renewal on the day it happened, they only sent an automated email reply saying they would not refund. Pestering them on Twitter, so as to get a reply from someone at least likely to be human, got the same result. Companies who do this sort of thing are little better than thieves in my book, even if the law doesn't quite agree yet.

This company was able to take money through my Pay-Pal account without my permission. Says a lot for pay-pal security. Dangerous company, they steal your information.

Some one used my details to subscribe to Zenmate annual permission. Withing 30 minutes I had already emailed them of the breach, yet no response. I strongly believe they themselves are involved in this scam.

Over the weekend, this bunch of jokers just took THREE annual payments of €49.99 from my PayPal account - €149.97. Although I've been in touch a number of times to point out this serious problem to them, I'm unable to get any response. They've taken money from me without my permission and I'm left high and dry wondering how to get my money back. I've never had to deal with such an unprofessional service - avoid.

Aucun SAV ! le seul contact que j'ai eu avec une personne de chez eux c'est pour m'entendre dire qu'ils sont en sous effectif et qui croulent sous des charges de travail exténuantes. La localisation France celle qui m'interesse le plus pour regarder des films sur l'appli Canal ne fonctionne pas et ils ne sont pas pressés d'y remedier Encore une fois SAV I NEX IS TANT ... et de plus si vous ne maitrisez pas l'anglais alors vous ètes doublement mort car personne dans cette boite allemande ne maitrise le français et n'a l'intention de le parler . C'est une insulte en pleine figure pour des centaines de millions de personnes francophone à travers le monde.
