The VPN works very poorly and the customer support doesn't exist, literally: I have several support requests open and never got a single response. Avoid them at all costs. EDIT: Despite ZenMate answer, I do definitely have a Premium subscription.

buggy and trying to contact support is like finding a unicorn avoid this one been trying 3 days for a refund keep getting run in circles
