They rip money of you. I never signed for renew year membership and they charged me 50 pounds anyway. No refund, nothing. Very clever I'd say even though I wasn't using them for longer than few weeks and will not use the program even though they forced me to renew it for a year. Highly no recommend this clever customer service too.
