i bought lifetime license. But after one year my record/invoice at zenmate gone. I have signup with email at fastmail and im not extend subscription at fastmail. So my email at there gone. Zenmate lose my record at their service and when i ask renew (my acc is lifetime but just have 6 months). They ask for proof. I told them i lost it. And ask them where is my record? They just ask my details or voucher key when i applied lifetime. So, they not answer my question about where is my record. Last time have lfetime access record as invoice/receipt. And i ask them. If i have subscription before and now expired. So where is that record? They keep silence and just ask about my details. Actually 69 buck with me is nothing. But zenmate is bad service. Ultimate account with 99% blacklist ip. How i can do? Im using with others service. But im angry because Lifetime account just 1 year or 6 months. Sadly.

I have been using ZenMate on my Windows and iOS devices for several years and am very satisfied. Did I encounter problems here and there? You bet, just very recently! But their customer service has been very responsive this time (huge improvement from a few years ago).

Does not work with a Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and they won't refund me, because the one month trial period is passed. ( I have not chance to check it, life goes on, you know) Well, the VPN STILL DOES NOT WORK _ one month or two months, or two years. DOES NOT WORK. I want a refund because it is does not work, not because trial period has ended - I am happy to keep the sub, if its works. The reason for a refund - VPN does not work, not a trial period ended. How to make it more clear? I don't want to pay for something that simple DOES NOT WORK. Do not buy, unless you want to stuck with a 2 year subscription. and they have a nerve to promote it ( from their Facebook Page) Good news! #StrangerThings3 is available on #Netflix today.
