So I was extremely happy with my time with ZenMate although it was when I left that I realised that it was an fantastically honest company I no longer needed my VPN but the annual subscription had unknowingly been taken out of my account a few days previously . Charged me twice without my consent, I wrote immediately to support to have the charge reversed but they simply don't care. Had to open a dispute with Paypal to hopefully get my money back out of those SCAMMERS to stop losing $100 a year for a (bad) service that I don't want.
