I have just started using Zenmate and lost my account due to my fault of not updating my payment method. I contacted the support people because when started again it was a new update. I had to start all over again with the new update and the support people were great following up making suteceverything was working fine.

I had a really good experience. I bought the vpn then realised I can't use it directly on Firestick so asked for a refund. Zenmate processed it immediately and even followed up to make sure I got it. Really great customer service, particularly given I was returning the product
