I've been with them now for coming up to two years. I've not had a single issue with the service in that time. Questions about billings have been resolved in the chat area as has advice that I needed to seek regarding best connection locations for me in the USA. It integrates seamlessly with my Windows 7 64-bit laptop and others on my LAN are also able to utilise it when required.

I had ongoing problems trying to use VPNSecure on both my Ipad and my computer as I travelled between the USA and Australia. Technical help was always cooperative but not always able to solve the problems.
