Been using this product for around four years now and never had any issues. Have contacted support on several occasions on behalf of others for whom I was installing the VPN via Teamviewer and have always had instant response and resolution to the issues which were in any case minor and related to configuration. Have recommended this service to many clients and those who have chosen to avail themselves of the service have similar ratings. Not necessarily the cheapest provider in the market but definitely worth the money for the service quality and peace of mind. I would thoroughly recommend this provider if you want rock solid performance and very little impact on internet speed.

Have been using this service for a year or so now. I like the range of proxy locations available, and the Chrome extension is useful but would be more useful if it stored username and password so I don't have to re-enter it in each time I change proxy or open a new browser session. Also sometimes the proxies run VERY slow. If those things were fixed, I'd give vpnsecure.me 5 stars. As it is, I'm currently looking for a new proxy service.

Sometimes I have not been able to connect to servers for several days and have to report it to VPN. I think VPN should be montoring their servers on a regular basis to ensure they are working.
