I've been using KeepSolid VPN Unlimited since about 2017 when I purchased a lifetime subscription to the service. In that time I've bought and installed a number of devices on my service from mobile phones to laptops to a Raspberry Pi-based Kodi Media Centre. As is normal with technology, I have picked a few issues along the way but the support has always been responsive and stellar, meaning that those issues were always quickly resolved. As a policy, I NEVER give a product five stars but the service provided by KeepSolid has always been so good that I can't actually rate it at lower than that. I guess it's the exception the proves the rule.

I've had this service for a couple of years now and it's been pretty reliable and stable. Once in a while I'll have an issue with the system taking it's time to recognise certain devices but when I contact support they resolve the problem pretty quickly. They respond to my query very quickly actually. So all in all I'm happy with my service.

This VPN has tempting prices and works better on Fire TV & Firestick than NordVPN by far. That said, I've experienced unreliable system reports, erratic performance and a lockout. The customer service? It's e-mail only best I can tell. I was told, "24/7 support means you can submit your inquiry anytime, all new tickets get first reply within 1 hour. If you already have an open ticket, and your inquiry is being processed - it might take more than an hour go get a reply, as in some cases it requires help from other departments, additional investigation, assistance from the supervisor, and so on." Fair enough and well put. There are device management hassles and issues arising from their standard package, access limitation. This is documented elsewhere and known, when signing up. It didn't unblock Amazon Prime Video but exceeded my family's expectations with all others streaming services (to date). That's more than NordVPN can say, that I've used for years. The app itself played up initially on both a high spec mobile, plus a fast connection, Amazon 4K Firestick. It locked me out, saying password issues existed. Though no password versification e-mail was generated and it just froze up after a time. Support said, it wasn't and hadn't been blocked and should work just fine? This it did at that juncture/attempt. All was rectified within a 24-hour window in any event. In the round, I gladly recommend Keep Solid VPN Unlimited. They represent excellent value for money, are determined to stay up to speed and have a novel business model. Are there some minor frustrations? Yes. This is not uncommon though, is it.

not good worst experience don't remember signing up Had uninstalled all instances (3 Computers) and thought it was clear. Locked up one computer and didn't work well non others.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced rivaling government services in regards to useless responses. I tried out the temporary one and it seemed OK so I got a lifetime membership a day later I can’t even log into my account or use the VPN. This is a scam! I’m still waiting for my refund and I wonder if I’ll ever see it.

Had to change my email. They would not help me set up the new email. I had purchased a life time membership. The product works well but my experience with customer was poor.

Honestly this one of the best VPN app I've used ever and the customer service team is so great and gentle they are always there to assist and support they don't give up at all to get your problem resolved and they surprise you with time and efforts given to you until you become satisfied and have no issues 👍😀 Very glad with all the services provided and it's working fast and great for me I do strongly recommend it super cool and fast.

I have found VPN Unlimited to be seamless and rock solid especially for mobile devices and tablets. Desktop software is getting there as well. It has been progressively getting better and better with newer versions.
