I had tried that many… but this one unexpectedly convinced me ! VPN Unlimited does the job as promised. Easy to install and use and I travel a lot. It never failed me yet. A plus, a big one: the incredibly responsive support team, in particular Alec and Yuriy.

It's been 4 years since I bought the Lifetime VPN service. No problems at all, except one thing. The limit is 5 devices. If you remove 1 device, in order to make an other change you will need to wait 1 week! That's right, 7 days. I replaced my desktop, my laptop and my mobile phone and I needed to wait 2 weeks in order to update the devices in my account. The reason for people to buy LifeTime VPN is that they use it guys. It's not a game.

Using KeepSolid VPN Unlimited for 3 (maybe 4) now and I have been always satisfied for the service. Always on, quick to resolve any bugs that could be found. Great company and service !

They refused to issue a refund after auto-charing me for a full year renewal without any kind of reminder. I haven't used their service in months. The customer service agents sent a form email about how they only refund within 14 days of your first purchase. If they were actually proud of their product and cared about their customers there would be no reason for a "gotcha clause" like that. They provided zero benefit and are keeping the fee for another full year. I would never work with a company like this or buy any of their products on principle alone.

Horrible customer service. I haven't used the service in over four months and it auto-renewed for a year without a reminder. I asked for my money back within 6 hours of the renewal and they said they can't. There are plenty of great VPN services out there, choose a better one!
