I needed to get VPN Unlimited on another device. So I tried to login to my account.Pasword didn’t work so I clicked the Forgot Password Tab. That was fine except it sent the link to an email account long since deleted. I contacted Support and they asked for my Activation Code, which was in the email of my cancelled account. It took several days to track that down and in the end they got it all sorted out. Max was my support guy, and I must say, he was very patient with me. At one point I had given up, but he went the extra mile for me and, in the end, the issue was resolved. I’m now a happy customer that is very impressed with the Support at VPN Unlimited! Thanks Max!!

In contradiction to the last review by Michelle Wilmot I experienced the opposit today. After updating the app didn't work anymore and within 10 minutes the support team helped me out. I'm using KeepSolid VPN now since 2016 and we are very happy with it. Hans Taverne.

They happily take your money, afterwards the do not deliver the subscription time, and customer services ignores you and closes every conversation and help request without helping or sorting anything.. or even talking to you. Recommend to AVOID at all costs!

The app is constantly being updated to provide the best experience. Recently had an issue and contacted the support team for assistance. Received prompt response from the team and was able to resolve the issue in short order. Kudos to Lurii. Will recommend this app to anyone.
