The app is amazing but beyond it being so awesome and easy to use, if you need help from customer service, they are just as quick and friendly as you'd like. Dmitriy Zadorozhnyuk helped me merge two accounts and was professional and included easy to understand instructions for me to get the process done in a timely manner. I really appreciate that kind of detail and service.

Whenever I reach out to Customer Service, I always get a prompt reply, and the issues are resolved to satisfaction. The product itself is great, although sometimes it takes a while to activate.

I like that they keep adding new features - on version 5 for example, they added Killswitch. No leaks found on Windows from what I've tested. They have obfuscation features which can bypass China's firewall. I haven't had the chance to test this but they have Netflix, Hulu, bbc iplayer streaming servers. They offer a lifetime subscription, which you can currently get for $40 on stacksocial.com Support team is responsive to email. Speeds are decent, torrenting is allowed on few servers. Overall, great price for the features. They do log some data but it's nothing of concern in my opinion as it is not person identifiable.

Application engineer by profession, I love the smooth interface and exceptional security protocols used by KeepSolid Inc., in their applications. I trust KeepSolid Inc., and you should as well. ***Update*** Since writing my review, never being one to settle, I have tested and questioned almost every other "top tier" and mid tier VPN vendor, my review remains accurate and I continue to only support KeepSolid Inc. Almost all of the review sites (including the big names ones) have inaccurate and libel claims posted, maybe because KeepSolid Inc., does not bribe them or for whatever other reason(s) but KeepSolid Inc.'s, VPN Unlimited is a stellar product by a trustworthy vendor.

I really do like the new look of VPN-U 5.0, only thing I have issue with, is that there is some confusion on subscription description, for the longest time I wasn't sure if I had purchased the lifetime or not, because there was an upgrade notice on my account, but realized it is for other products, that is a little confusing. Also, you could use 'VPNU' moniker as a reference to customer training or knowledge base. Here is the shout out I gave the VPNU crew from the feedback option: I would like to give a quick shout out to the new look and feel of VPN-U 5.0, you all did a really good job. I like the new look and lite design. I was sceptical about purchasing the lifetime over a year ago, but I am glad I did, I see continuous development. Thank you, Matt

Had no problems with this for nearly 2 years. I needed to cancel as i won't be needing it so much. After a few trys of trying to make me stay (which is part of their job) they were really nice and gave me a full refund of what was left of my subscription. I will definitely be back when i need a VPN again

I've used the service for almost 2 years. It's been very good, with excellent pricing. I had a problem with a recent update, but got extremely fast support when I requested it - response within about 10 minutes! All is fine again, and I recommend the service highly.
