Get an error message when trying to login (both desktop app and chrome extension) 12 hours since I payed for a Premium account and contacted support and I'v had no response what so ever. Also, it's impossible to access the support FAQ and instructions on the website here in Sweden. I just keep getting kicked back to the poorly translated (into Swedish) main page with no way to change to english menus. I also can't remove my credit card from upcoming payments...

Tried to go into a well know site, Macys.com, but was denied access. Didn't make sense because I have been able to get in all other sites even the Onion sites. Other than that I think this service is just what you need to protect yourself and your family while surfing the internet.
