I found this vpn has a problem. Our school's network probably banned the its usage, so I cannot use it in our school dorm. However, when I tried this in a hotel, I found there is no problem to run on this vpn, whereas I just cannot use it most of the time.

It automatically changes from US East to another US area. Sometimes it won't connect until i mess with my router. As soon as my contract expires, I will go back to Express VPN, lot more stable for my needs
