I was waiting for my refund to come through so I could really show this company what I think of them, just in case my refund is "delayed" if they see this review . This is one of the worst VPN services I have ever had the displeasure of using. The connection was absolutely terrible. I tried multiple locations on different devices and it is just so so slow compared to most other VPN services out there. As a result I decided to use the 30 day refund policy to refund my unhappy experience. Oh but my problems only just started. I sent an email with a VERY clear intention of only wanting a refund. Nowhere on their website does it say anything else about it, it is clear as day >30 days = No hassle refund. I then get an email back, and instead of confirming my refund, they send me a copy pasted response urging me to reconsider my "Consideration", with a bunch of nonsense fixes that anyone with half a brain would already know. I reply again, stating my CLEAR intention of only wanting a refund, and get ANOTHER email back, asking if I had "considered that Surfshark could be an asset in my daily internet activities". It feels just like one of those types of companies that put little "legal but shameful traps" on their policies to try to make people forget about their unsubcription processes etc. And I know only the worst types of companies do this to their customers. I finally got a refund after having to send even more emails to the customer service. A lot of time wasted for something that should be done with the click of a finger. I don't want to even think of how many people must have just stopped there in the refund "process" before they confirmed the spam emails several times and ended up having to pay an entire year+ of something they didn't want. Oh, and surfshark, I see you have another one of your "friendly" employees further answering the reviews on here for you, I will tell you now don't bother, you have given me a disgusting experience and I don't want to talk to you again. WORST VPN SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Surfshark habe ich in China und der Türkei benutzt. Verbindung mit den angegebenen Servern jederzeit möglich. In China keine Probleme mit Google Apps.

I've been experiencing a few unexpected issues lately - like different websites not allowing me to visit when I'm logged onto the VPN. Even well known ones. Another issues has been speed - this wan't a problem at first, but I've found the system slow lately when I'm only on LTE + VPN in the community. This is my first step in increasing cyber security so it is all new - but as a newb, those sorts of experiences are frustrating.

I was looking for a VPN solution that was: Stable Safe That will work well Relatively inexpensive cost And that would give me access to the services I use without problem. All those points are located in Surfshark. The access client works on all my devices (Laptop, PC, Streaming Devices.). I had two technical problems, which were taken care of immediately, and for both cases they gave me a satisfactory solution. I would recommend Surfshark as an excellent VPN option.
