At first Glance it all seems too good to be true?! No Logs , what? come again? Havent had the time to follow this up but anyway hopefully one of purevpn's discerning staff will contact me to bring to my attention to any issues I am facing? anyway moving on with the review. same day as install a lot of the features were slow which is not the usual expectation. usually its quite the opposite??? anyway couple days later and my rubbish review on google play will need an edit, thats for sure! Seems to be working great for security and file sharing and is mostly pretty nippy but I do think purevpn should retract their claim that they are the "World's Fastest VPN Service"! Making such a generalised remark is misleading! as it is not in fact true for all lines! it can at times lag when trying to stream media on my local network when other users are also streaming media to another device on the network, which is downright pants! I would expect that maybe of media from a source outside my local network but within my local network?? come on guys, shouldnt the user be able to use vpn for doing this as well? I mean what if I'm sitting outside streaming music to my phone for entertaining but I don't want anyone snooping my wifi? thats a valid reason for using a vpn isnt it? or am I missing the point? On the plus side the mobile version of Purevpn for android seesm to work flawlessly! but unfortunately the only 10" device I have is a 1st gen ipad, sadly this is too old for purevpn ;-( so sadly cannot use it to have a secure browsing exprience on my iOs device? I do find it useful though for my android phones, so well done there purevpn! not too a bad a choice of servers but I would like to see more choice for Europe etc.You seem a little too biased towards Asia and the States. now I know you are a growing company so you have to start somewhere and believe you me logistics and plain old geographical distance can have a huge bearing on a companie's expansion, I can certainly sympathise with you there. I'd like to see more consisent speeds, less spikes and then back down to a measly 1.0Mbps which is what I seem to be getting? every now and again the meter shows a 6 or a 7 and I get a little excited, come on guys my line can support 14Mbps at least?! I am not a computer person, but wanted to use PureVPN's product. I could not get it to work so used the chat feature to ask for help. I was routed to Andrew and Franklin who took on the task without ever giving up. They linked into my computer and spent an hour figuring out the problem.
