Very good service, cheap too! Torrent proxy is very handy, still get my full 350mbps internet speeds through it too, fastest i've tested against leading competitors (nordvpn, expressvpn etc).

It's very easy to use. It works on all my devices and makes me feel safe on the web. It's especially great for when I'm not at home since public wifi is great and all but provides little to no security. PIA has my back and I thank them! All round great experience and for a great price.

I’ve found this service to be very fast and reliable. The apps on iOS, Windows and macOS have worked really well and I haven’t had any problems it’s any of them. I’ve had some issues trying to connect through LTE, but that is most likely my carrier throttling the connection to PIA servers and some web services like Netflix don't work with this VPN. All in all I think it is a pretty good value but it could be better.

Easy setup on iphone, android and two computers. Speed garners around 40mbps on average. Lower and higher depending on the sever, but reaching to Australia and holding 20mb/s is amazing to me. I've streamed 8k video without issue so I've got no problems with anything else. If for some reason I need my full 100mb/s speeds then I can disconnect from vpn, but to be honest that isn't necessary for anything I need privacy for and on wifi I don't get that speed anyway on most of my devices. Overall for a vpn service, this is works perfectly.

Been using PIA for several years and rarely required support. When needed, support was prompt and resolved any issue.

I cancelled the auto-renewal - I have 4 weeks paid service still to go but Private Internet Access terminated the service across all my connected devices including 2 PCs and an android phone . When I informed the issue to PIA they put down it to a hardware/software issue in my end. There are better and cheaper VPN services out there with much better customer service so avoid PIA.
