I have been using PIA for months after switching from another provider.. this software is really good, i have had no issues to date, speed good, support has been great, software easy to use, does exactly what is claimed... what more could you want.

When I made some mistakes in setting up my account, PIA advisors worked admirably hard to figure out the problem,& guided me to a solution. My various emails were responded to in record time, usually within a couple of hours. It’s also very pleasant to think that no one else has access to my online activity.

Very Good, but I won't be renewing my subscription next the time it comes up. The Good: Excellent for multiple devices (including router setup), has OpenVPN protocol which is essential, along with higher levels of encryption than many offer. The "Not so Good": I can't access Netflix, BBC iPlayer prime Video etc - those services detect I'm using a vpn service and block. Also, my openvpn configs (strong settings) on the router stopped connecting - got them reconnecting with 2048 rather than 4096 encryption Conclusion: Recommended if you don't want to stream from Netflix, iPlayer or Prime (amongst others).

Very easy to use and to set up, speed is average, around 12mbs on Firestick which is on par with most, be interesting to see if it works on getting English T.V. channels abroad

want to watch football program not available locally so need vpn..... for some reason it not work on wifi using your vpn but works using mobile data on my phone with your vpn so obviously its not your problem...works good with other programs

First guy that replied to my email request was wanting a screen shot, never heard from him for 6+ hours, the second guy was extremely respectful and understanding... he got my mobile device working again... he also tried to help with my PPTP connection on my router, but I still couldn't get it to connect without loosing all connectivity every time... overall, great service, but I think the pptp service for ddwrt should be better explained in the tutorial... because a hard reset and reconfigure doesn't fix it.

I've been using PIA for over five years now, and the service has proven to be fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. I will continue to use the service.
