I been with PIA for over 3 years now, and I can tell you I never, not even once had a problem with signing in. I left them for another provider recently because the other provider was rated number one. Once I tried the other provider service, it was lousy, and I ended up canceling my yearly service within 5 days. I went back to Private Internet Access and I will stay with them for as long as their prices remain reasonable. I learned the hard way, don't always believe what you read when it comes to ratings. PIA was not the first choice when i looked at ratings, but to me they are the best choice and their support department is great! If you really want no hassle VPN service look no further than PIA, they are the real deal!! Timothy Scott

After two weeks of emailing back and forth with customer support. Today finally got it resolved. Pro: got my original account back Con: purchasing from third party will get you in alot of problems like having unwanted second account. If you have account already with PIA I advise just purchasing it directly from them. I end up purchasing 2 more years to keep my account plus they manage to merge my other account with 2 1/2 years to my original account All in all I got my account and I'm happy

Easy to use and quick to install. PIA takes all of the guesswork in the setup and implementation. I don't think one can ask for a simpler and more comprehensive solution.

Aside from a difficult installation of the application itself, i had to go into safemode to get it to work for some reason, took awhile, it's a fantastic VPN, the functionality of the app, the speeds, the ease of use is all professional grade, i've shopped around VPNs over the years and PIA are amazing on server stability, programs that simply don't bug out on you and are super reliable, these are easy to forget things that almost all other VPN companies struggle with at times and cover for with cheaper prices and deals. Aside from a difficult installation (it's entirely possible it is a rare problem and you won't have this issue) and the lack of an app-killing function if or when server connection is severed that NORDVPN has, it's my new go-to VPN ill be with for many years to come.
