I have only signed up 2 days ago so my views are very preliminary. I originally had internet access problems so went to the site and had a ‘ chat’. That was all good, but it took a while to get the problem identified and the instructions typed. I asked the chat man to send them to me but he wanted me to go to another site and get a message number etc. I was pretty annoyed and told him so and asked him to actually focus on the customer. To his credit he emailed me the transcript of the chat, so I has everything I needed and that was a good result. Early days but points for fixing the problem and eventually doing what was needed.

Secure and easy to set up. Is great value to secure all my devices (laptop, desktop, phone, tablet). Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Great VPN. Effective and easy. Except they cancelled my subscription without notice after 2 years. Opened up my app and everything was gone. Assumed it might be because of a smoking deal I got awhile back, but when I re-purchased I'm paying approx $3 more than what I was paying for a yearly subscription. So 1 star for all the crap for no reason at all, a 2nd star because it was just easy to restart another subscription with a great VPN.

I love PIA! The installation was really easy and I didn't have to do anything for setup, just tell it what server I wanted to use (which location I want) and it works! I haven't noticed any slow downs on my internet connection while using it either!

While Customer Service did a nice job of advising me how to install this VPN, they don't realize what a computer klutz I am, i.e., I do not understand computereze / jargon and therefore am just as much in the dark now as before. Perhaps using your instructions I can find someone who does understand and help me, OR, your could put the instructions in 8th grade English so I can follow them! That's what it will take.
