I was a customer for six years. Had a few problems but they always worked with me. But their service and customer service has gotten horrendous. I can no longer recommend them. They are no longer worth what they charge. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Have only had for a few days but seems to work fine, not sure how you would know it wasn't working. Can't cast with it though, unless there is some setting you can change to do that? Not sure myself!
