Been a customer for two years but stopped because of their lack of connection in china. Recently I wanted to give another chance so I subscribed for a month, trusting that their advertised “money back guarantee” would cover me in case the service in china was still lacking. Turned out it was still lacking so I contacted them for a refund only to be told that purchases made through mobile app are not covered by their warranty, even thiugh the warranty is advertised in the app. This is bordering to scam.

I am impressed with PIA--- PIA has an intuitive interface and once you access an anonymous server you stay locked on. Loss of bandwidth is extremely small. I used another popular VPN provider for 8 months and had countless problems namely loss of server connectivity, the inability to contact customer service and significant loss of bandwidth. In sum, I high recommend Private Internet Access.

I have been using PIA now for about 5 years when I need a VPN tunnel. It's solid as a rock and It never disconnects or slows down even after being connected to an end point for months on end. I use PIA's software on both a Windows and Linux machine and didn't even have to think to get it working on both.

I started using PIA because the EU forced me to "register" my to-date anonymous internet service. I can only hope they don't make VPNs illegal or otherwise make the service unusable. OTOH, I would like to know for what exactly our tyrants are using Palantir

I have used PIA for a number of years now and have always found it to be reliable, fast and comprehensive. I have only needed to contact support on one occasion, and the service I received was prompt, friendly and accurate. The client software is easy to install and use, and has been improved and updated well, its current iteration is the best I have seen yet. The one year package offers great value for money, allowing you to connect up to ten devices for the low price of $3.33 (£2.70 GBP), per month. There are no traffic logs, unlimited data and comprehensive options for data encryption and VPN protocols. Ad-Blocking is also included. Based on my own experience, I can definitely recommend using PIA.
