PIA sucks! Have to turn it off every time I need to send an email from an IMAP client. Now it is blocking Netflix, Chewy and other sites I use frequently. The interface is confusing,,,,, nothing redeeming at all about this product. I will definitely NOT be renewing in January 2020. Look elsewhere, BitDefender or Nord, but avoid PIA!!!!
Great service at an incredible low price. The interface is very user friendly. Great deal of available servers worldwide but, best of all, my real ip has never been traced , not even once, during several tests, unlike other vpn used beforehand. I think PIA will be my final choice in the future.
Using PIA since 2016, mainly with routers. Their Support Team is fast and always here to help. The documentation is well written and helpful to fix or understand things quickly. The servers are "average" on some locations but generally very fast to not notice their usage (I mostly use the strongest encryption). Very satisfied
The VPN generally works, however, the it doesn't function well. Google always picks you up as a robot, you cant stream anything. I have switched to another VPN provider that works better.
New user, not so sure how great the service is and do know the instructions are lame. I've asked twice for the same info and never got the same answer and neither one seemed to understand what I was asking...non-US people I'm assuming and that's bad. Here's the rub: no one can tell me definitively how to log in if for any reason I'm logged off or have quit the system. I always have to download the program all over and that is about as lame as it gets. Until I am able to log in and out w/o that hassle 2 stars is the max. UPDATE: 2 wks later and it's working as advertised. I found someone to really help me and he/she did. It has a few bugs such as apparently blocking some sites (legitimate sites) but overall it's working and working well enouigh to justify its purchase, for sure.
Wish I'd never bought this. Dropped my speed down to literally less than 5% of what I normally get. Connecting to any site takes ages.
A fantastic vpn that's easy to use. This is a great vpn to use if you're a bit unsure about the whole internet privacy thing. Fast and easy to use with plenty of options and locations. It works on both my computer and phone and only costs about £30 a year for me. Overall this is a must if you use the internet regularly and want to keep your activity anonymous and your data safe.

I've been using this service for me and my family for over a year and we've never had a single issue. All the connections through whatever server we go through always been fast we've never experienced any down time or any slow down. Along with being reasonably priced I'm very happy to recommend it to anybody is looking for a VPN.
I've just started using PIA to protect the privacy of my internet communications on all my family's devices. While I've noticed some slowdown in internet speeds at times, its been as expected since I've experienced similar with the VPN I used for my business. I have experienced some issues with web sites and my outgoing email (can't send) that are attributable to the VPN since the issues go away when I turn the VPN off. At this point I'm still in the start-up mode with PIA but no serious complaints thus far.
