Have only been a customer for a couple of days . The speeds are great so far , most of the US servers don’t slow down my internet speed one bit . Only buggy issue I have thus far is when my iPhone locks and I unlock it after a couple of minutes, the App interface will say I’m connected to a certain IP address , but if I do a IP address check on a website ,it will show a different one .

I renewed my membership with PIA recently but was unable to log into the app. The customer service was excellent and helped me solve my problem very promptly! Greatly appreciated.

This is the first VPN I ever had, so all I can say is so far it works great! It's very easy to use and at a reasonable price. If I continue to like it I'll renew next year.

I just started using PIA's VPN service for the 3rd time. I first signed up almost six years ago but have canceled twice simply because I had gone an extended period of time without using any VPN. I always come back to PIA as I've been very happy with the company and their service. Over the last six years they've always been the #1 recommended VPN for my needs which I think says a lot. Returning customer. Fast, super reliable, stable only a few bugs here and there, notably with Twitter. Help desk response is fast and focused although a bit confusing at times. Overall, you don't have to sweat like with some of its competitors.

I just started using it and it seems to be working as stated. However, I can't log into my Netflix account with it running. Easy, I don't run it while watching Netflix and start it when not. So far I have found no problems other than that.

Disappointed that PIA sent an email only seven days before service was to expire. Could have been a big problem if service had expired while I was outside of the US.

I guess the best VPN is the one you don’t even know is there and that is PIA. My phone is fast as always with no hassles women I am using a strange wifi network. Am much safer now.
