I used PIA in the past and and because of that I was still subscribed to their email-service. The sent me the following email: >BIG NEWS - We're thrilled to announce support for major >streaming services. And to commemorate this we're offering >old subscribers a chance to re-join at our lowest prices >ever. Come back in the next two days and save 76% on >our one-year plan! The reason for not using their service any more was that I wasn't reliable enought to circument geo-blocking in Netflix. It was too hit and miss for me. After I received that email I decided to give them another chance. Of course I couldn't use it with Netflix (which is Imo a major streaming service) I tried to get their Twitter-Support to help me. After a lot of back and forth they told me that I misunderstood the word "Streaming" (What the Heck?) and that they can't do anything about this. They also changed the Text on their Website to say "[...] support for major streaming services on our US, CA and UK servers [...]" after my complaint. I'm currently in the process of getting my refund. Edit: Wow! They replied to this within 45 minutes. If just their mail-suport would be that fast.

Would’ve given it 5 stars had it not being on all the time on my Samsung mobile after I’ve disconnected. Can’t get rid of it and the only way is to restart my phone. Could you please look into this. Thanks.

Have nothing bad to say about this VPN. Just started my second yearly sub. Had a little hiccup renewing my sub. but help desk ticket and live chat got me squared away quickly. This service is rock solid and has only gotten better since the time I have been with them. Works on all my different OS and 5 connections keeps me and my family protected at all times. Worth every penny that they charge for their service. and it isn’t very many pennies!
