Been customer twice. Both times they're slow to respond, don't give you login details for a couple days until after you initiate a support ticket.

I am at a hospital all day four days a week that may have reliable wifi, but why take the chance? This gives me the peace of mind to use my phone and laptop without worry. It doesn't lag, I have no issues. What a wonderful thing for so cheap. Yearly service is worth it!!!

Good service but can be slow from time to time, vpn is detected by services that won't allow vpn ip's which sucks. Price is very good overall, however the PIA software especially updates is buggy as hell. Your better off uninstalling the program and doing a fresh install instead of using their update option. Had to manually uninstall drivers for t-dap just to make a freaking upgrade work, was honestly over PIA but the alternative was WAY too expensive for my blood so I just re-uped. Also I don't like the auto renewal, on there website there should be an option to disable that and allow for a manual renewal. Been using PIA for several years, after this new one year is finished and if I have cash I will probably move over to their more expensive competitor unless they improve their software and easy of use on their website.

Pretty much worthless. I bought this VON so that my IP address would show from a different country. But websites detected that I was using a VPN and would not allow me access. This service did not fulfill its basic purpose!

My ping no matter how close of a server i choose is always much higher than without VPN, from 50 without to 140 with VPN, which for gaming is pretty terrible but for any other use iv had no issues at all and recommend it for anyone trying to stay safe.

Ok but not working with Prime Video or BBC. I understand BBC, but Prime Video shuld work otherwise you have to disable the VPN every time, and this not safe and annoying

After using various VPN services over the years, PIA are consistantly one of the cheapest that still offer a decent QOS. Look around for deals when available, would recomend.!
