The value proposition is a no brainer. You need PIA in order to protect yourself from fraud and DMCA requests. In a worth with very little privacy of information online a good VPN provider like PIA is no longer a want, but a need.

Easy to use, good value, reasonably fast, and very stable. It has an Internet "kill switch" which stops all Internet access if the VPN loses connectivity. This is an absolutely essential feature for a VPN, but many of the cheaper ones don't have it.

VPN status I recently installed Private Internet Access on all home IT assets. So far it has performed flawlessly. There has been a slight impact on connection speeds for mobile devices but nothing I would consider significant.

Slow response of the helpdesk. They eventually came back to me and the support was adequate. I understood that they were running special offers, which delayed the answer.
