I had been using HideMeAss previously, and so far PIA have provided better speeds, connectivity and Linux support than HMA, for around half the price. I've not had any issues with the VPN dropping, which I would from time to time with HMA. Speeds are as fast as my line will go. The key factor that will keep with with PIA though is their Linux client, which does everything I want. Using HMA, I had to manually set connections and there was no way to automatically re-connect when it dropped.

Everything really works extremely well with PIA, and especially the throughput is extremely good compared to other VPN services. I have a 60/12 mbit connection, and using PIA I usually get 80-90% of that with minimum lag, which makes it perfect for streaming services, even in HD. ...they get the 5th star, when they add more countries - hoping for more access points in Scandinavia.

After a less than helpful hour spent on a chat seesion trying to connect with my iPad I'm asked to fill out yet another form and submit a ticket that will be answered at some point in the future...? Glad I only signed up for one month so I can find another comonay with a product that works.
