I've been using PIA now for over a year. I use it on my laptop, my mobile and on a tablet. The service itself is excellent. It doesn't seem to take away any bandwidth whatsoever, which is incredibly important to me, and the software itself is reliable and very stable. I love the service and when help has beeb needed in the past it was prompt and above satisfactory. I'll always have a VPN service, and if PIA stays the course, it's likely that they'll be that service.

I like being able to choose between countries. It allows for more coverage on youtube and the ability to watch videos I couldn't otherwise.

I've been using PIA for a little over a year and I couldn't be happier with the service. The performance to price ratio is outstanding. My internet speeds suffer minimally (~215 Mbps normally, ~190 Mbps with PIA) making it much better than alternatives I've used before (cutting my speed as much as 75+%). The server selection is outstanding and I've used it many many times to get around blackouts for various sports subscriptions. As long as it remains affordable for me I will continue to use it. A+ service and highly recommended!

Now, I'm not a tech head so to be honest I have no idea what PIA is doing under the hood and whether it does actually fully protect me, but I have to assume that because that's the only thing they're in business to do, that they do it and do it well. From my perspective, the service is a doddle to use and I have never had any problems. The online info and support is excellent. The new (?) IOS app makes using PIA on my iPhone super simple. As you can see, I am a happy customer and I recommend this service to my friends, and of course to you too, dear reader!

My primary use for PIA is Netflix and unfortunately that feature has been halted. I'm seriously weighing on whether or not it's worth keeping going forward.
